Shipping & returns

Due to changes in customs and Covid restrictions, deliveries to some regions and countries may be delayed. 

If we have provided a tracking number, please use this to see the status of your delivery. Sometimes order may get delayed for extended times in customs. Please be patient as we have found all of these delayed orders do eventually get delivered. If any delivery has not arrived after 30 days, we will resend your order.

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service. Non-UK orders are sent using Royal Mail AirMail Tracked and Signed/ Signed service - depending on which service is available in each country.
